“I'm a resident at 199 William Street. Five stars for the management team. I lost a piece of jewelry in the lobby recently and the building manager - Sinni - was incredibly helpful, spending more than half an hour checking CCTV footage to assist me. It’s a safe, well-run building with staff who truly care about their residents/guests. Thank you again!”
“Fabulous location just far enough out of the main shopping precinct, yet close enough if you want to walk in and do a bit retail therapy! The hotel is literally surrounded by dozens of eateries, cafes and bars so no shortage of options to eat, drink and be merry. Within easy walking distance of Spencer St Station, trams and buses on the doorstep. Rooms are spacious, well equipped kitchen and modernised bathroom with comfy beds and relaxing sofas makes this a perfect location for a weekend, or longer vacation”

“Always a great place to stay, rooms are very nice and we'll appointed, staff attentive to any needs. The only reason I did four stars instead of 5 for service was that the welcome package was not available when I went to my room and I had to call down for it. Only a small thing but it is part of the experience. Love the location, easy to get to from the airport and from any trains and trams.”
